Job Description
Young Academics is seeking an experienced Child Safety Officer to lead our network of 50+ early learning centres, shaping and strengthening child secure practice at scale.
You'll work closely with the Head of Operations and Centre Managers to drive strategic safety outcomes.
This role blends strategic influence with hands-on delivery, including policy guidance, training design, and regulatory liaison to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the network.
