We are seeking an experienced
Accounts Payable Officer
for a 4-week temporary assignment with an established organisation based in Brisbane CBD.
Starting in mid-September, this role is ideal for an experienced AP skilled who can quickly hit the ground running and confidently manage a busy end-to-end accounts payable function.
The Role
End-to-end accounts payable processing
Daily invoice processing
Weekly expense processing
Processing supplier payments and electronic banking
Some foreign currency invoices and payments
Supplier statement reconciliations
Reviewing aged payables and following up outstanding items
Assisting with weekly bank reconciliations
About You
Experience in a hands-on Accounts Payable role
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
Experienced with an ERP accounting system - highly regarded
The ability to quickly pick up systems and processes and work with minimal supervision
