Job Description
The Bagel Boys Pty Limited in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Chef / Head Baker to lead a small production team at our central Bulimba facility with responsibility for production, packaging and dispatch to six stores and weekly markets.

You will oversee all aspects of production, enforce strict food safety and hygiene practices, train staff, manage rostering, stock control and daily temperature logs, and ensure timely delivery across locations.
