As a Coates Trades Assistant (Internally known as Equipment Maintenance Controllers) at our Dubbo branch, you will be responsible for:

n

n
Cleaning and inspection tasks of equipment including some minor repairs and adjustments and the use of test instruments.
n
Supporting role to the workshop mechanics/electricians to enable them to focus on equipment repairs and more complex tasks.
n
Check and control equipment (inbound and outbound) as it comes in and out of the yard inclusive of the spotting function.
n
Assist in keeping workshop, yard and service area clean, tidy and safe.
n

What you'll bring to the role

This role is perfect if you are mechanically minded and enjoy fixing equipment:

n

n
Current drivers license is essential (forklift high risk license will be highly regarded)
n
Intermediate computer skills, time management and organisational skills
n
Be physically fit and knowledgeable about safety standards
n
Mechanical equipment knowledge is desirable
n
Familiarisation with Take 5's and JSEA's
n
