Responsibilities

n

n
Set the benchmark for service and presentation standards.
n
Ensure service standards are consistently upheld and guests are satisfied.
n
Oversee daily operations and ensure room readiness for each shift.
n
Deliver training for staff in beauty and massage treatments.
n
Support therapist development from onboarding to ongoing coaching.
n
Contribute to retail sales and effectively promote in‐house products.
n
Manage spa inventory levels and stock control.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Experience as a Senior or Lead Therapist in a premium or luxury environment.
n
Strong product and technical skills across a range of beauty and massage treatments.
n
Demonstrated ability in training, coaching and leadership.
n




Solid organisational and business management skills.
n
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
n
Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
n
Availability across a 7‐day roster.
n
