Job Description

PMFresh in Australia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in a quick-paced food manufacturing workplace. You will drive reliability improvements, develop people and foster a proactive maintenance culture to maximise plant availability.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will plan and execute preventative and predictive maintenance, supervise tradespeople, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and WHS standards across four facilities.
