As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for an Intermediate or Senior Tax Accountant who enjoys working closely with clients, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team where your contribution is recognised and appreciated.

About the Role
n
This is a varied role that provides exposure to both compliance and advisory services.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for all entity types
n
Preparing BAS, IAS and other compliance obligations
n
Assisting with tax planning
n
Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes
n
Working closely with the Partners
n
Providing exceptional service while maintaining high technical standards
n
n
About You
n
You'll enjoy working with people, take pride in producing quality work and be motivated to continually develop your technical knowledge.
n
Ideally you'll have:
n
n
At least five years' experience in Australian public practice
n
Strong Australian taxation and compliance knowledge
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Experience managing your own workflow and meeting deadlines
n
A proactive, organised and client-focused approach
n
Experience with Xero and Microsoft Excel
n
Experience with Handisoft (advantageous)
n
