We have exciting opportunities for E&I; Technicians to join Powertech on multiple projects.
n
Position Overview:
n
Super paid on all hours worked & great $$$ rates paid
n
n
Hours: ***** hours/ day depending on the projects
n
Duration: Ranging from Several days to several weeks
n
Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities
n
Location: East Coast Australia
n
n
Scope of Work:
n
n
EEHA (Hazardous Area) inspections
n
LV / ELV electrical installations
n
Critical function testing, including Fire & Gas systems
n




Instrument loop checks and function testing
n
Instrument tubing installation, fitting and repairs (Swagelok)
n
Maintenance and calibration of flow, pressure, vibration, temperature, analytical, level and position instrumentation
n
Field calibrations and valve stroking
n
High-level fault finding and troubleshooting
n
Working with SCADA, PLC and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
n
Process control instrumentation and metering skid maintenance
n
n
About You:
n
n
Unrestricted Queensland Electrical Work Licence
n
Certificate III or IV in Instrumentation
n
Minimum 4 years' experience as an E&I; Technician
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
n
Certificate IV in EEHA (Hazardous Areas)
n
