Up to $76,764 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Medical Administration Officer
to join our team at Sunshine Hospital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive workplace, where you will play a key part in providing excellent service to both patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional administrative support in a busy medical setting, ensuring efficient patient and provider interactions.
Manage competing priorities with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to maintain high standards of service and patient care.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience working in a busy medical practice.
Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record and Mosaiq is highly desirable.
Strong teamwork, communication,



and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle competing demands professionally and efficiently while ensuring the best possible service for patients and health professionals.
Work Schedule
8 hours on Monday, 7.5 hours on Wednesday and 8 hours on Friday over a 6-day fortnight.
Flexibility is essential, with shift times ranging between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.
Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement *********. Grade 2: Level 1 (HS2) $69,****** (full-time equivalent - to be prorated for part time) to Grade 2: Level 5 (HS21) $76,****** (full-time equivalent - to be prorated for part time), dependent on candidate experience. To be discussed with Hiring Manager.
