To be successful the following is required:
n
n
Mechanically minded person to do changeovers, setups and fault finding on packaging equipment.
n




Trade background or high-level mechanical aptitude.
n
In depth knowledge of GMP guidelines and requirements.
n
Ability to pass pre-employment medical along with regular drug and alcohol tests.
n
Ability to work under pressure.
n
Good verbal and written communication skills.
n
Focused with "can do" attitude.
n
Ability to work as part of a team as well as in unsupervised situations.
n
A dedicated attitude to following OH&S; policies and procedures.
n
n
Duties include:
n
n
Setting up production lines and managing changeovers in a timely manner.
n
Fault finding, repairing and troubleshooting machines.
n
Setting and stripping production machinery.
n
Overseeing production and packing workflow.
n
Maintaining Health and Safety as well as Quality standards at all times.
n
n
Prerequisites:
n
n
Experience in Pharmaceutical or an allied industry.
n
A Mechanical Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Engineering is preferred but not essential.
n
n
Initial training on Day Shift necessary.
