Programmed are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yardperson to join a busy equipment hire operation in Tamworth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values teamwork, and can maintain high standards in a agile yard workplace.

Full-time hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
n
Stable, ongoing employment

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
n
Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining hire equipment
n
Cleaning and servicing portable toilets and site amenities
n
Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment
n
Supporting office and operations staff as required
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe yard workplace
n
Conducting equipment checks and reporting defects
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)
n
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, transport, construction, or similar environment




n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
n
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
n
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
