Site Supervisor (Port of Brisbane/Manly)

We are seeking a dedicated Non-Working Site Supervisor to drive operational excellence across our client sites in the Port of Brisbane and Manly areas.

This is a purely supervisory role focused on quality, compliance, people leadership and client satisfaction rather than performing routine cleaning duties.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and supporting onsite cleaning teams, conducting regular quality inspections, ensuring contract specifications and service standards are consistently achieved, managing attendance and performance, coordinating operational requirements, maintaining strong client communication and proactively resolving any service issues.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, skilled and detail-focused, with solid leadership skills and a genuine commitment to maintaining exceptional standards across every site.
