Job Description

Motorway is seeking a senior IT qualified to own complex support and the full employee IT lifecycle. You'll be the go-to expert, solving issues beyond the helpdesk and driving improvements in a cloud-first workplace.

This role requires 4+ years in IT support, robust troubleshooting, and excellent communication with non-technical staff. You'll manage identity and device policies (SSO/MDM), Zendesk, Jira, and keep core systems reliable while delivering project work.
