Job Description
Applejack Hospitality's Opera Bar in the Sydney Opera House Lower Concourse is seeking an experienced Cellar & Logistics Manager to lead the cellar operations and drive seamless deliveries behind the scenes at one of Australia's busiest venues.

You will mentor a cellar team, optimise stock control, ensure safety and compliance, and work closely with leaders, suppliers and drivers to keep products available when needed.
