I'm looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants REAL ownership — not another commission‐only role.

I'm the founder of AIWorkerz (aiworkerz.com), and I built it for a simple reason: after years of watching companies struggle to hire, I realized the industry is stuck with only two broken options: agencies (fast, but costly and often misaligned) and internal hiring (slow and inflexible).
