Cultura in regional Victoria seeks a General Manager, Settlement & Community Support to lead settlement services, community programs and migration pathways, reporting to the CEO and contributing to the Executive Leadership Team.

The role guides teams across education, employment, youth and family services, with a focus on outcomes, continuous improvement, partnerships and responsible financial management to support migrants and refugees to settle and thrive.
