fgf Developments is a local, Cairns-based civil construction company. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of civil construction projects across the Cairns area.

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily site works
n
Coordinate and manage employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment across projects
n
Provide technical guidance and support to project staff, resolving complex site challenges effectively
n
Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to HSEQ requirements and project standards
n
Maintain strong site organisation, ensuring efficient workflow and clear communication across all teams
n
Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
n

Solid background in the supervision and delivery of civil construction projects
n
Strong leadership and management capability with proven planning skills
n
Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining focus on key priorities
n
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders

Highly organised with solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
n
Ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve project goals
