Job Description

ZN AUSTRALIA PTY LTD's 7-Eleven store in Sydney NSW is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and uphold high merchandising and customer service standards. You will mentor the retail team and ensure targets are achieved in a quick-paced setting.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, plan rosters, monitor KPIs, ensure health and safety, and maintain productive stock flow. This in office role requires at least 4 days per week.
