We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller / Service Controller to join our Macksville Workshop Team. For the right candidate, this role is available immediately.

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead and support technicians and apprentices on the workshop floor
n
Schedule and control daily workshop workflow and priorities
n
Allocate jobs based on skill level, availability and urgency
n
Provide technical guidance, diagnostic support and quality oversight
n
Monitor productivity, job progress and potential bottlenecks
n
Ensure all work meets OEM, WHS, NHVR and dealership standards
n
Liaise with Service Advisors, Parts and Operations teams to ensure smooth operations
n

About You
n
n
Trade‐qualifiedHeavy Vehicle Technician
n
Experience as aForeman, Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
n
Background in heavy mechanical repairs —truck experience preferred
n
Strong diagnostic and technical capability
n
Confident leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Dealership andIsuzu experience highly regarded




n
HR Licence (or willingness to obtain)
n
Solid time‐management and computer skills
n
Ability to motivate, mentor and develop team members
n
