Job Description
Osborne Richardson in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor for a contract position to lead a small team of Building Inspectors and related roles, while managing a wide-ranging caseload across residential, commercial and industrial projects.

You will provide end-to-end leadership, carry out core statutory functions under the Building Act and Building Regulations, perform plan checking, essential inspections, investigations, and advise developers and Councillors on compliance.
