Willing to travel 2 days per week to build Sites in the North East (2 hours drive Max)
n
Worked on projects between $2M-$6M
n
Has had hands-on experience from a carpentry perspective - preferred
n
High-End residential and Architectural designed homes
n
Skilled in contract admin, project coordination and PM tasks
n
Deadlines and challenges need to be handled efficiently
n
Ability to manage multiple sites at once.
n
Works well with clients, carpenters and building admin team - positive communicator
