We are seeking experienced Project / Delivery Manager to join a high-performing Federal Government agency This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of managed ICT services, acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams and service providers. You will play a critical role in ensuring service performance aligns with business objectives, contractual obligations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Project / Delivery Manager will be responsible for but not limited to;

n

n
Lead the delivery and operational management of managed ICT services, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs
n
Oversee contract management activities, including renewals and performance monitoring
n
Drive the transition of current services or providers, ensuring service readiness and stakeholder engagement
n
Identify technical risks and contribute to requirements for upcoming market approaches
n




Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient system integration and service delivery
n

n

TheProject / Delivery Manager will have experience in the following:

n

n
Proven experience managing technical projects and ICT service delivery in complex environments
n
Robust knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL / SFIA-aligned), including incident, problem, change, and request management
n
Demonstrated experience with Approach to Market and tender processes within the APS
n
Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple levels
n
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including running meetings, tracking actions, and reporting to senior stakeholders
n
Experience working in fast-paced, high-demand environments with competing priorities
n
