With a robust pipeline of work, we are seeking a capable Customer Service, Installations and Sales Co-ordinator to join the team immediately and support the smooth delivery of jobs from sale through to installation and invoicing.

The Role:
n
You will be the key link between customers, trades and the internal sales team.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Booking and scheduling installation jobs (attic storage, ladders and skylights)
n
Co-ordinating works with internal and external trades
n
Liaising with customers on dates, access and job details
n
Supporting and nurturing trade relationships
n
Working closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover and job readiness
n
Raising invoices and following up on on-time payments
n
Sales administration and job documentation
n
Occasional site visits as required
n
n
About You:
n
n
Experience in residential building, construction or building products preferred
n
Internal sales experience highly regarded
n
Strong co-ordination, scheduling or customer service experience
n
Confident communicator with trades, customers and sales teams
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
