What you will be doing:
Oversee multiple jobs concurrently, on various sites
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and workmanship across all sites
Build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects running smoothly
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
Monitor project progress, site presentation, and defect management to deliver outstanding outcomes
What you'll bring:




Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within construction
Trade background in carpentry or a related construction discipline (highly regarded)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and programme
Stable employment history with robust residential construction experience
Current Australian motor vehicle licence
Personal qualities:
Confident leader with excellent site management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Passionate about delivering quality homes while maintaining the highest safety standards
