Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House (Administration) professional to join the team at Flaming North QLD Pty Ltd in Townsville. This is a full-time position based in our Townsville QLD **** location. As Front of House (Administration), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and staff, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is instrumental in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and maintaining the standards of excellence that define our organisation.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff with professionalism and courtesy
n
Managing the reception desk and answering telephone enquiries with efficiency and accuracy
n
Invoicing
n
Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
n
Maintaining the reception area and common spaces to ensure they are clean, organised and presentable
n
Processing mail, parcels and deliveries appropriately
n
Providing general administrative support to team members as required
n
Managing office supplies and ordering stock levels as needed
n
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately
n
Supporting the coordination of office events and meetings
n
Liaising with external parties, including clients and service providers, professionally and courteously
n

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a front of house, reception or office administration role
n
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
n




Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software
n
Professional appearance and manner with a friendly, welcoming demeanour
n
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
n
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information professionally
n
Reliability and punctuality
n
Customer service excellence and a genuine interest in supporting clients and colleagues
n
Preferred: Experience in a similar industry or organisational setting
