Intermediate Accountant – Mandarin Speaking

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mandarin-speaking Intermediate Accountant to join a well-established and supportive organisation based in the beautiful Southern Highlands. The Opportunity
n
Reporting into the senior finance team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting function across multiple entities. This is a hands‐on role offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to further develop your technical skills.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
n
Prepare month-end journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
n
Assist with monthly management reporting and variance analysis
n
Support year-end processes and external audits
n
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR)
n
Contribute to funding reconciliations and resident billing
n
Identify and implement process improvements across finance functions
n
n
About You
n
n
Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills are essential
n
3-5 years' experience in a similar accounting role
n
Strong general ledger and reconciliation experience
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different entities
n
CPA or CA qualified (or currently working towards)
n
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
n
Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
n
Experience within healthcare (desirable, not essential)
n
n
