About the Role
n
As an Application Delivery Manager (ADM) within our Applications Management team, you'll be the single point of accountability for end-to-end Application Services delivery across a diverse and complex application landscape. You'll coordinate senior application management resources and drive service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement outcomes across engagements.

Responsibilities

Service Delivery Leadership
n
n
Own delivery of application services across the engagement landscape
n
Ensure SLA compliance across incident, request, and change management
n
Lead service performance, reporting, and governance cadence
n
n
Coordination & Oversight
n
n
Coordinate workload across application groups and resolve cross-functional dependencies
n
Drive major incident (P1/P2) coordination ensuring rapid restoration
n
Oversee prioritisation and alignment with business‐critical applications
n
n
Stakeholder & SIAM Interface
n
n
Act as the primary interface to stakeholders and service owners
n
Coordinate with Cloud, Network, EUC, and vendors to ensure seamless service
n
Support SIAM governance and cross‐service‐line outcomes
n
n
Change, Release & Lifecycle Governance
n




n
Oversee execution of minor changes, patching, and upgrades
n
Ensure lifecycle planning (patching, upgrades, vendor alignment) is delivered
n
Govern risk, compliance, and audit requirements
n
n
Continuous Improvement
n
n
Drive proactive improvements (automation, performance tuning, defect reduction)
n
Leverage AI/automation (e.g., triage, pattern detection) to improve efficiency
n
Lead problem management and root cause initiatives
n
n
Qualifications
n
Required experience:
n
n
10+ years in application service delivery or managed services
n
Solid ITIL-based service management expertise
n
Experience managing multi‐vendor/cloud enterprise environments
n
Proven leadership of distributed/global teams
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness
n
n
Nice to have:
n
n
Experience in project management (Agile, Prince2, PMP)
n
Familiarity with automation frameworks and service delivery innovation
n
ITIL V4 certification
n
Business operations or managed services experience
n
Construction
industry/applications
preferred
n
