The Role
n
Join the Melbourne team and take ownership of a key Victorian project.
n
Lead the delivery of a large scale community
n
Manage rollout of ******* lots per year (traditional housing & townhomes)
n
Build and maintain strong builder and stakeholder relationships
n
Mentor and lead a dedicated Assistant Development Manager
n
Report to senior management and take accountability for your project
n
Exposure to an additional smaller scale residential development in close out phase
n
Manage an ADM, dedicated to your project.

The Candidate
n
You Will Bring:
n
land subdivision experience as a DM (essential)
n
Confidence/the ability topresentat JV/board level
n
Commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
n
Leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
n
Town houseexperience (advantageous but not essential)
n
Ability to "hit the ground running" in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
n
A collaborative mindset and the desire to further their own professional development in a supportive work setting with access to phenominal mentors and leaders.
