The Role
n As a Maintenance Fitter plus (Electrical Licence),



you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment across a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Mechanical and electrical fault finding across production equipment
n
Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimising downtime
n
Preventative and scheduled maintenance
n
Installing, modifying and commissioning machinery
n
Improving equipment reliability and production efficiency
n
Recording maintenance activities through the CMMS system
n
Maintaining high safety, GMP and quality standards
n
n
About You
n To be successful you will have:
n
n
Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter
n
Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical or another fast-paced manufacturing environment
n
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
n
Experience with preventative maintenance and breakdown response
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
n
A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative maintenance team
n
