We are seeking multiple casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Commercial Team at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast.
n
About the Role
n
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality customer service while working in our Café, with guest satisfaction at the heart of everything you do.
n
Further responsibilities include:
n
n
Food preparation and service within our Café whilst maintaining stock and display
n
Barista Duties
n
Perform light manual labour including accepting deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and other work where required
n
Ensure our commercial spaces are operational and that we deliver what we promise in these outlets
n




Deliver consistently high guest service to support an increase in customer satisfaction focused KPI results
n
n
Please note that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability.
n
About You
n
To shine in this role, you will have a passion for customer service with a focus on fun and positive attitude towards interaction with our guests and upselling techniques. Most importantly you will have a real desire to learn and develop your career with a drive to streamline process and always look for improvements.
n
Prior experience in a similar position is preferable, and the desire and drive to work in the arts, entertainment and tourism industry is essential. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are also desired.
