About the role
n

Lead the onsite aftercare team and manage the day-to-day running of the service department
n
Handle customer phone calls and emails, diagnosing issues and coordinating resolutions for owners across Australia
n
Schedule and oversee service and repair work, ensuring quality and turnaround customers can rely on
n
Work alongside our Customer Concierge, who supports the wider customer experience — you'll have real backup, not just a phone queue
n
Liaise with manufacturing and suppliers on warranty, parts and repairs
n
Build an aftercare operation that turns owners into lifelong Kokoda advocates
n
n
About you
n
n
A career caravan specialist — you have genuine hands‐on knowledge of caravan building and repairs
n
Proficient and professional on phone and email; you can explain technical issues in plain language
n




Experience leading or coordinating a small team, or ready to step up into leadership
n
Organised and process-driven — you can run a service department, not just work in one
n
Above all: you genuinely want to help customers, wherever in Australia they are
