Blue Horse Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced MR Truck Driver to join our growing transport team based in Wacol, Queensland. This is a full-time, ongoing position with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Operate Medium Rigid (MR) trucks to transport machinery, equipment, tools and vegetation waste between work sites and depots.
n
Safely load, unload and secure freight in accordance with load restraint requirements.
n
Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
n
Comply with all road transport legislation, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and company policies.
n
Complete delivery documentation, trip sheets and vehicle inspection records accurately.
n
Assist field crews with loading, unloading and site setup where required.
n
Report vehicle defects, incidents and safety hazards promptly.
n
Maintain a robust commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental standards.

Skills & Experience

n

n




Current Medium Rigid (MR) Driver Licence.
n
Previous one year full time MR driving experience.
n
Sound knowledge of load restraint practices.
n
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirements.
n
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team.
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
n
A clean driving history will be highly regarded.
n

Physical Requirements

Ability to safely lift, move and secure loads.
n
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
n
Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks associated with the role.
