We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Q Ford team in Beenleigh.

n

This is a customer service-focused role where you will become an integral part of the customer journey, helping to deliver a premium experience to customers interacting with our Service Department. Previous experience in an automotive dealership or a similar workplace will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

n

n
Scheduling customer appointments
n
Answering incoming phone calls
n
Responding to online enquiries
n
Reviewing and preparing appointments for the following day
n
Assisting with customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
n
Greeting and assisting customers visiting our Service Department




n
Managing enquiries efficiently and accurately
n
Maintaining a welcoming and presentable front-of-house area
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n
A customer-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
n
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
n
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
n
Excellent time management skills
n
Confident written and verbal communication abilities
n
The ability to work effectively within a small team environment
n
Dealership experience is advantageous but not essential
n
