Job Description

Opal HealthCare's Kardinia Parkside Care Community in Geelong is seeking a dedicated Casual Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead kitchen operations. This role delivers nutritious meals with a focus on resident satisfaction and operates in a day-time kitchen.

You will uphold food safety standards and step up as acting Head Chef when required. The role offers penalty rates on weekends/public holidays, 12% superannuation, paid parental leave, and ongoing training via Opal HealthCare Academy.
