Renowned for delivering strategic advice to privately owned businesses, high-net-worth clients and growing enterprises, they combine the technical expertise of a large firm with the agility, accessibility and personalised service of a boutique practice.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-quality clients, act as their trusted advisor and play a key role in growing both relationships and the broader firm. This is not a pure delivery role you'll be expected to think commercially, spot opportunities and help shape the future of the business.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Owning and leading senior client relationships
n
Advising business owners and executives on complex commercial matters
n
Expanding existing client portfolios through value-led conversations
n
Introducing new clients via referrals, networks and proactive engagement
n
Leading and mentoring senior team members
n
Working closely with Partners on strategy and growth initiatives
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
10+ years' experience in business advisory or professional services
n
Currently operating at Senior Manager / Director level (or ready for that step)
n
Robust client presence with the confidence to lead senior conversations
n
Demonstrated exposure to business development or revenue growth
n
CA or CPA qualified
n
Background in a reputable mid-tier or Top 20 firm
n
