As a Packaging Line Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art packaging lines. You'll be responsible for monitoring and operating various machinery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

n

Shifts rotate weekly - Day shift 6am-2pm, Afternoon shift 2pm-10pm, Night shift 10pm to 6am

Key Responsibilities

n

Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including but not limited to fillers, cappers, labellers, and palletisers
n
Conduct quality checks and perform equipment adjustments as required to maintain optimal performance
n
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols
n
Utilise forklift skills to move and organize finished goods and raw materials efficiently
n




Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring continuous improvement
n

Qualifications and Requirements

n

n
Proven experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is highly desirable
n
Valid Forklift Licence and the ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently is desirable
n
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
n
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
n
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
