We re currently seeking an experienced Team Leader Level Storeman with a strong inbound warehousing background to join a busy and growing distribution operation based in Arundel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse professional who can lead by example, coordinate inbound operations, and ensure stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently.

Day Shift - typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Lead and coordinate daily inbound warehouse operations
n
Supervise and support warehouse staff
n
Receive, inspect and process incoming stock
n
Ensure accurate inventory control and stock allocation
n
Liaise with transport providers and internal departments
n
Maintain warehouse safety and operational efficiency
n




Assist with loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when required
n
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Storeman role
n
Solid inbound warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
n
Excellent inventory and stock control knowledge
n
Experience coordinating warehouse teams and daily workflow
n
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
n
A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
n
Current Forklift (LF) Licence preferred
n
Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
n
