Certum Advisory is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Client Services Manager to join our team in Geelong.
n
About the Role
n
As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing practice administration, supporting ATO and ASIC compliance activities, coordinating client onboarding, assisting with AML/CTF compliance obligations, and contributing to business development initiatives.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Manage client onboarding processes and maintain accurate client records.
n
Build and maintain solid client relationships that support retention and referrals.
n
Coordinate communication between clients, accountants, and qualified staff.
n
Oversee daily practice administration, including appointment scheduling, workflow coordination, correspondence, and invoicing.
n
Provide administrative support to the CEO and accounting team to improve operational efficiency.
n
Liaise with the ATO on client matters, including registrations and client authority access.

Manage ASIC compliance obligations, including annual reviews, record maintenance, and statutory lodgements.
n
Support AML/CTF compliance activities, including client identification, KYC procedures, due diligence, and compliance monitoring.
n
Maintain compliance registers, policies, procedures, and regulatory records.
n
Assist with risk management, compliance reporting, and staff training activities.
n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the client experience.
n
Contribute to business growth through referral generation, relationship management, and client engagement activities.
n

About You
n
3 - 5 years experience in a skilled services environment with strong client service, communication, organisational and Microsoft 365 skills.
n
