Full-Time role based out of our Mount Waverley office in VIC.

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with the following skillset:
n
n
Mult-site/WAN design and implementation
n
Cisco switching and routing experience
n
MPLS & SDWAN experience
n
Multi-year experience in an MSP or large multi-site company
n
Hands-on, onsite troubleshooting experience
n
An understanding of security principles and best practice
n
Professional attitude
n
Highest level of customer service
n
Ability to manage customers expectations
n
Self managed / work autonomously
n
Natural ability to problem solve & trouble shoot
n




A great team player
n
n
Additional Requirements:

Must have Australian Permanent Residency
n
Must hold an Australian drivers license
n

Auto Task PSA/Halo PSA
n
Experience in IT Support for the Automotive industry.
n
Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment, or within a large multi-site organisation.
