As a Financial Adviser with Eclipse, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships and delivering high-quality, compliant strategic advice.
You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of client circumstances and advice needs, while being supported by experienced internal resources.
You will work closely with Client Service Managers and experienced administration staff, in-house and external paraplanning resources, Investment Committee and portfolio support, and other advisers and the broader Eclipse team.
This structure is designed to allow advisers to spend more time doing what matters most — engaging with clients, providing advice and developing long-term relationships.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progressively take the lead of an established client base while also contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive client meetings and financial assessments to understand clients' circumstances, objectives, goals and aspirations
Develop and implement personalised financial strategies across areas including investments, superannuation, retirement, pensions, insurance and estate planning
Prepare, present and support implementation of Statements of Advice, Records of Advice and other advice documentation
Provide ongoing strategic advice as clients' circumstances, objectives and financial markets evolve
Build and maintain strong, trusted and long-term client relationships
Conduct regular client reviews and proactively identify opportunities to improve clients' financial position
Work collaboratively with paraplanning, client service, VA and investment support teams to ensure advice is delivered efficiently and accurately
Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation and file management
Keep current with legislative,



regulatory, investment and industry developments
Contribute positively to the culture, development and growth of the Eclipse leadership team and practice
About you
Current authorisation as a Financial Adviser and registered on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register (FAR)
Met the applicable education standard under the current financial adviser professional standards
Successfully completed the Financial Adviser Exam (FASEA)
Current compliance with applicable CPD requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience providing holistic financial advice within an Australian financial advice practice
Strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills
Experience with Xplan or an equivalent advice/CRM platform
Ability to manage a client base and deliver advice within a structured and compliant advice process
Enjoys working directly with clients and building genuine long-term relationships
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
