Job Description
Paradise Day Spas NQ located within Peppers Beach Club and Spa, Palm Cove is looking for its next highly motivated Spa/Massage Therapist to join the team for an immediate start. This is a casual position to begin with, with opportunities for promotion and to extend employment in the future for the right person.

Rostered on for 2-3 days during the week, with the occasional Saturday and Sunday to cover staff holidays.
n
Working Holiday makers are welcome to apply, but please note that sponsorship opportunities are not available. This position is not suitable for the 88 days sign off.

Please also note that accommodation is not provided with this role.

About the role
n
You will be working in a relaxed work setting in Tropical North Queensland.
n
Busy spa workplace with a mix of loyal local clientele as well as holidaymakers.
n
You will ensure our clients leave the spa relaxed, refreshed and renewed by providing body massages, facials and beautiful exfoliations and wraps.
n
Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted.
n
Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
n
We provide training and ongoing development initiatives to encourage and support your personal and professional growth
n
About you
n
Diploma or Cert IV in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy
n
Experienced in facials, massages including deep tissue, aromatherapy and relaxation essential, Vichy experience is an advantage, however not essential.
n
Experience of Thalgo products an advantage, however not essential as full training is given.
n
Experience with offering home care advice and able to reach monthly retail targets.
n
Award rates, Saturday & Sunday loading, superannuation and public holiday rates.
n
Impeccable grooming and presentation
n
Confidence in answering phone calls and booking systems is an advantage.
n
