Recruitment Consultant | GTM or Technology

I lead the Go To Market and Technology practices at Bluefin Resources. We are growing both teams and hiring experienced agency recruiters in Sydney.
n
We have opportunities across:

Sales and commercial leadership
n
Marketing, digital and customer

Product and design
n
Research, insights and strategy
n
Software engineering and architecture
n
Cloud, infrastructure and DevOps
n
Security, data and technology leadership
n

The verticals matter, but so does where these markets are heading.

Technology and commercial functions increasingly overlap. Product already sits between them. AI, data, digital platforms and automation influence both.
n
Our clients need recruiters who understand the role and the commercial problem behind it.

Specialists are winning more of that work.

What you will walk into
n
These are not start-from-zero desks.
n
You will inherit established client relationships and live opportunities across financial services, fintech, retail, enterprise software and large Australian employers.
n
The work includes retained search, exclusive assignments,



contingent recruitment and contracting. Some of these client relationships have been built over many years.
n
I still recruit. I still win work and run searches. You will not be handed a target, a laptop and a wish for valuable luck.
n
Who this suits
n
You will have at least three years' 360 agency recruitment experience in technology or a commercial discipline.
n
I will also consider a proven generalist who is ready to build a genuine specialism in a market with durable demand.
