Salary- 65k + Comms On Target Earnings ($105,000 in first year)
We're looking for a
Trainee Recruitment Consultant
to join a growing agency recruitment team, working on an
Allied Health desk
.
No recruitment experience? No problem. We're looking for someone with the
drive, confidence and ambition
to build a successful career in recruitment — and we'll give you the training and support to get there.
The Role You'll work alongside an experienced team recruiting Allied Health professionals across a range of healthcare settings.
Your day-to-day will include:
Sourcing and interviewing Allied Health candidates
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Business development and growing your client base
Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
Negotiating salaries and closing deals
Building your own candidate network and market knowledge
Working towards individual billing and performance targets
What We're Looking For Recruitment experience isn't essential. What matters is your
attitude and ambition
. Recruitment is a
SALES
role, so we need someone who is hungry to make money, ambitious and has great people skills.




We're looking for someone who is:
Confident and naturally good with people
Driven by targets, achievement and earning potential
Resilient and comfortable picking up the phone
Competitive, motivated and commercially minded
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Hungry to learn and build a long-term career
Previous experience in
sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail, customer service, sport or another target-driven workplace
would be highly regarded.
