Estimator / Senior Estimator / Cost Planner role with 20+ year Builder

Diverse Portfolio of BTR / BTS Apartments, Hotels, Offices, Mixed Use, Govt Housing, Aged Care, Retail and Education projects to $300mil+

Central office and project locations (easy to get to)
n
$180K - $250K
n
strictly 5 day week, no weekend work

Established, secure long term business of 20+ years in a very robust cash position
n
Stable Senior Management team of 20+ years
n
Many long term employees of 5, 10, 15 years plus
n
Strong relationships with Tier 1 trades and consultants
n
Well resourced teams, lots of support above and below
n
Great cashflow, invoices always paid on time
n
Current strong pipeline of work in hand and many upcoming tenders
n
Suits either an experienced Estimator / Senior Estimator / Cost Planner wishing to get involved in some unique flagship projects and become an integral part of the Estimating department
n

You must be/have
n
n
Relevant 3+ years local experience on Commercial/Multi Residential projects
n
Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification
n
Autonomous and reliable
n
A detail-oriented person
n
Have a stable career history
n
Driven, energetic, passionate, and hardworking
n
Friendly, respectful and good communication with all sorts of people
n
Able to turn up to work with a good attitude every day and compliment not negate from a good team
n
Wishing to be rewarded for your hard work by further progressing your career
n
