What you'll be doing:
n

Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements
n
Partnering with Account
Managers/Executives
to resolve customer challenges
n
Delivering responsive, high-quality customer service across calls, email & internal systems
n
Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors
n
Contributing to process improvements and operational excellence
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Experience in a customer-focused or admin role (ICT environment highly regarded)
n




Administration of complex Government arrangements
n
Highly desirable experience in Microsoft licensing, operations or contract management
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to work in fast paced workplace
n
Basic knowledge of IT products/solutions (highly regarded)
n
