Senior Accountant - Business Services & Advisory — Melbourne.

Base pay range
A$95,******/yr - A$105,******/yr

The Role
As a Senior Accountant, you'll work across both compliance and advisory, with exposure to a variety of clients and industries.
You'll be trusted to deliver high-quality work while building the commercial skills and client relationships that will set you up for long-term progression.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements in line with accounting and regulatory standards
Prepare tax returns for companies, trusts and high-net-worth individuals
Deliver management reporting, cash flow and forecasting services for clients
Provide day-to-day business and tax advisory support




Liaise directly with clients while working closely with Partners and Managers
Mentor and support junior team members on compliance tasks
Qualifications
3-4 years' business services experience in an Australian accounting practice
Strong technical foundation in accounting and tax compliance
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Relationship-building skills with both clients and team members
Experience with Xero (preferred but not essential)
