Carpentry Trade Cert III (minimum, preferred)
n
Supervisory experience with carpentry teams
n
Experience in maintenance and small projects delivery
n
Ability to estimate and quote accurately
n
Strong skills in planning and executing works
n
Industrial experience (preferred)
n
Previous FM contract experience
n
Capability to engage and manage subcontractors
n
Skilled in liaising with multiple clients
n
Based in Wollongong with work extending into Sydney
n
