We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our Robin's Kitchen Menai Marketplace store, take ownership of performance, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a rotating fortnightly roster.

What you'll be doing
n

Owning store performance, driving sales, and achieving budget and KPI targets
n
Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
n
Coaching, motivating, and developing your Assistant Manager and team
n
Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members
n
Managing stock control, deliveries, inventory accuracy,



and stocktakes
n
Ensuring visual merchandising, windows, and store presentation meet brand guidelines
n
Overseeing rosters, store administration, and data integrity
n
Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run store environment
n

About You

Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
n
Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results
n
Confident, hands‐on leader who leads by example
n
Passionate about customer experience and developing people
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Thrives in a fast‐paced, dynamic retail setting
