We are partnering with a leading global public Practice services firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing Tax Consulting team in Melbourne.

This chance is ideal for a Corporate Tax professional who wants to move beyond compliance and work on complex advisory engagements, including international tax matters, M&A; transactions, tax structuring, and supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.

The opportunity:

Provide corporate tax advisory services to multinational groups, large private businesses, and growing organisations
n
Work on complex Australian and cross-border taxation matters
n
Support M&A; tax, tax due diligence, and business structuring engagements
n
Partner closely with experienced Tax Partners and collaborate across service lines
n
Continue developing your technical expertise and leadership capability within a globally connected firm
n

About you:

n




5+ years' experience within Corporate Tax in an Australian public practice environment
n
Strong experience across corporate tax advisory, international tax, M&A; tax, or tax structuring
n
Background from Big 4, mid-tier, or reputable accounting firms preferred
n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise clients on complex tax matters
n
