Your Impact

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of MICM's growth, responsible for:

Developing and executing strategies to attract current property management clients.

Building and maintaining relationships with builders, developers, and financial planners.

Representing MICM at appointments and inspections, showcasing our services.
n
Collaborating with marketing and leasing teams to ensure properties are presented and promoted effectively.

Reporting on performance and KPIs to management.

What You Bring

Proven experience in property management and business development.
n
Robust understanding of real estate legislation and industry practices.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
n
High-level organisational and time management abilities.
n
Agent's Representative Certificate (required).
n
Driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
